Totonoi is an app for logging sauna, cold plunge, and rest cycles. This policy explains how the app handles your information.
Your logs stay on your device
Everything you enter — venue names, durations, temperatures, feeling scores, and notes — is stored only in a database on your device. None of it is sent to the developer's servers, and the developer cannot read it.
The app has no account system. It does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, or location.
The app does not track you
There are no ads and no advertising identifier (IDFA). No behavioral analytics tools are built in. You are not tracked across other apps or websites.
Third parties involved in purchases
Two companies are involved, and only if you buy the paid features.
Apple
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer never receives your payment details, such as card numbers. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
RevenueCat
The app uses RevenueCat, Inc. to manage subscription status and to restore purchases when you change devices. The following is sent to them:
- An anonymous user ID generated by the app (not linked to your name or email)
- Transaction details such as the plan purchased, purchase date, and expiry date
- Device information such as OS version and country or region
Your sauna logs are never sent to RevenueCat. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
Deleting your data
Removing the app from your device erases every log stored on it. The developer cannot recover deleted data.
If you want the purchase records held by RevenueCat deleted, contact the address below.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect information from them.
A note on health
Totonoi records your sessions and shows statistics. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns about your health.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the effective date revised. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
